Will have to come to office on the second day of Diwali, anger among lakhs of employees

Jaipur News Desk: Employees are confused as the state government has not yet declared any holiday on 1st November. The biggest problem is faced by those government employees whose families live in far-flung villages and cities. In such a situation, those employees are worried whether they should go home to celebrate the festival or not. Even if he goes home, how will he reach office by 9:30 am the next day? However, some employees have already started trying to take paid leave for the next day. The employee organizations have also expressed their pain to the Chief Secretary and the Chief Minister.

The government should declare November 1 as a holiday so that the employees can celebrate the festival of Diwali with their families, the pain is greater for those employees whose families live in other districts. – Gajendra Singh Rathore, President, State Employees Union
