Jaipur : Preparations are on to start studies in five new medical colleges in Rajasthan from this year. For this, the Bhajanlal government of the state will appeal to the National Medical Commission. Along with this, all the standards as per the National Medical Commission will be fulfilled in these medical colleges as soon as possible. Along with this, academic sessions will be started in them. Additional Chief Secretary Shubhra Singh said that these are being established in five districts of the state, Nagaur, Sawai Madhopur, Baran, Banswara and Jhunjhunu. Applications were made to start academic sessions in these five new medical colleges from this year. But the Medical Assessment and Rating Board rejected the proposals of these medical colleges due to lack of facilities as per the standards of the National Medical Commission.
Due to this there was a delay in completion of the work
He said that this matter is in the cognizance of the Medical Education Department and an appeal will be made to the National Medical Commission to start the academic session in these medical colleges. Efforts are being made to remove the deficiencies in these medical colleges soon. Due to the code of conduct of the assembly and Lok Sabha elections, there was a delay in meeting the necessary standards in these medical colleges. At present, efforts are being made to remove these deficiencies at the higher administrative level. This situation is not only about the medical colleges of Rajasthan, but also about fulfilling the criteria according to the National Medical Commission in new medical colleges across the country. The state government is constantly in touch with the National Medical Commission regarding the new medical colleges of the state. Along with this, the Union Health Ministry has also been requested to start the academic session. The government is going to do many new experiments this time, for which full preparations are in place.
