Sikar : A case of fraud by changing ATM card has come to light in Laxmangarh area of Sikar. The accused withdrew more than Rs 2 lakh by changing the ATM card. Laxmangarh Police is investigating the matter.
Ramlal, a resident of Laxmangarh area, gave a report at Laxmangarh police station and said that on November 20, around 2 pm, he had gone to the ATM booth located near Badi Chaupar near State Bank of India Laxmangarh to withdraw money.
Meanwhile, someone standing behind there changed his ATM card after seeing the password. The accused withdrew Rs 2 lakh 26 thousand 210 by using the ATM 22 times till December 4. None of this message reached Ramlal.
On December 4, when he took his ATM card to withdraw money, he found his ATM card changed. At present, Laxmangarh Police is investigating the matter.
