
New Delhi, May 11: Indian low-cost airline Akasa Air announced on Monday that it will commence daily direct flights from Noida International Airport to Bengaluru and Navi Mumbai starting June 16, 2026.
The airline has begun ticket bookings through its website, Android and iOS apps, as well as several major online travel platforms (OTAs).
In a statement, the airline mentioned that Noida International Airport, one of India‘s new greenfield airports, will play a crucial role in alleviating air traffic pressure in the Delhi-NCR region, enhancing regional connectivity, and promoting economic development across NCR, including western Uttar Pradesh.
Anand Srinivasan, Co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Akasa Air, stated, “India‘s aviation market is rapidly growing, making it essential to develop airport infrastructure in the right locations.” He added that the modern facilities, multimodal connectivity, and future capacity of Noida International Airport will transform the travel landscape of NCR.
The daily flights to Bengaluru and Navi Mumbai are being launched in response to strong passenger demand and the need for enhanced connectivity.
The airline also plans to strengthen its domestic and international network from Noida International Airport in the future. Additionally, Akasa Air will establish a modern MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) facility at the airport, providing advanced services related to aircraft maintenance and repair, thereby improving operational and safety standards.
According to the airline, flights from Bengaluru to Noida will depart at 4:25 PM and arrive at 7:15 PM. Conversely, flights from Noida to Bengaluru will leave daily at 7:55 PM and reach at 11 PM.
Furthermore, flights from Navi Mumbai to Noida will take off at 7:25 AM and arrive at 9:35 AM, while flights from Noida to Navi Mumbai will depart daily at 10:15 AM and reach the destination by 12:30 PM.
