ASUS Unveils ROG Flow Z13-KJP Gaming Tablet with Unique Design

At CES 2026, ASUS Republic of Gamers has unveiled its latest innovation, the ROG Flow Z13-KJP, a limited-edition 2-in-1 gaming tablet created in collaboration with KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS. This partnership aims to deliver both striking design and high performance, setting it apart from the standard Flow Z13 model.

The Flow Z13-KJP stands out with its design inspired by the iconic Ludens character, developed with contributions from renowned artist Yoji Shinkawa. The tablet features a chassis crafted from CNC-milled aluminum, complete with angular cutouts and carbon fiber elements. Custom typography adorns the device, its packaging, and included accessories. ASUS has also provided a dedicated carrying case, specially designed packaging, a custom power adapter, and a unique Armoury Crate theme.

Despite its portable form, the Flow Z13-KJP is equipped with powerful hardware. Running on Windows 11 Home, it houses the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor coupled with Radeon 8060S graphics. This processor integrates 16 Zen 5 CPU cores and 40 RDNA 3.5 GPU compute units, utilizing a unified memory architecture featuring 128GB of LPDDR5X-8000 quad-channel onboard memory. This setup allows for dynamic memory allocation between CPU and GPU based on workload demands. Additionally, the processor includes a Neural Processing Unit (NPU) rated at 50 TOPS, enabling local AI tasks without relying on cloud computing.

The 13.4-inch display boasts a 16:10 WQXGA panel with a remarkable 180Hz refresh rate, a 3ms response time, and a brightness of up to 500 nits. It covers the entire DCI-P3 color space, holds Pantone validation, and supports Dolby Vision. Storage capabilities include a 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD in the 2230 form factor.

Connectivity options are extensive, featuring two USB4 ports with DisplayPort 2.1 and Power Delivery 3.0, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A port, HDMI 2.1 FRL, a microSD UHS-II card reader, a Command Center button, and a combined audio jack. For wireless connections, the device supports Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. Audio is enhanced with dual force-canceling speakers that incorporate Dolby Atmos, Smart Amp TECHNOLOGY, AI noise cancellation, and Hi-Res Audio certification. The tablet is powered by a 70Wh battery and comes with a 200W rectangular AC adapter, with dimensions of 302.77 × 204.47 × 14.48 to 14.99mm and a weight of 1.72kg.

The collaboration also introduces three peripherals: the ROG Delta II-KJP headset, the ROG Keris II Origin-KJP mouse, and the ROG Scabbard II XXL-KJP mouse mat. The headset supports multiple connectivity options, including Bluetooth 5.2 and USB-C, and features 50mm titanium-plated drivers. The mouse boasts the ROG AimPoint Pro sensor with a maximum DPI of 42,000, achieving high tracking speeds and responsiveness. The mouse mat showcases Ludens artwork and the phrase “For Ludens Who Dare.”
