Mumbai, May 26: Babil Khan, the son of the late actor Irrfan Khan, has quickly carved out a niche for himself in the film industry. He is now set to take a significant step in his career by entering Malayalam cinema. Babil has commenced shooting for his new film, “Gandhi Bazaar Sunday Market,” in Siliguri, West Bengal.
Expressing his excitement about this new venture, Babil stated that entering Malayalam cinema marks a new chapter in his career, and he feels fortunate to embark on this journey.
The film is directed by renowned filmmaker Babu Janardhan, and it features a host of well-known actors alongside Babil, including Aparna Balamurali, Deepak Parambol, Nikhil Nair, Johnny Antony, Jagdish, Sudhir Karamana, Athmiya Rajan, and Jayashankar. The film is expected to showcase a compelling story and strong performances.
Babil shared his admiration for Malayalam cinema, saying, “Malayalam films have always held a special place in my heart. The stories are presented with sensitivity and emotional depth.
