Kolkata, May 18: Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) has announced the recruitment of eligible candidates for a total of 70 positions, including various managerial roles, through a notification on its official website.
Among the 70 positions, there are 38 Deputy Manager roles, 16 Manager roles, and 16 Senior Manager roles. The Deputy Manager positions include 7 in Mining, 2 in Geology, 3 in Environmental Management, 4 in Safety and Fire Services, 3 in Concentrator (Mineral Processing), 4 in Electrical, 4 in Mechanical, 3 in Civil, 1 in Systems, 4 in Finance, 1 in Corporate Communication, and 2 in Materials and Contracts (M&C).
The 16 Manager roles consist of 3 in Geology, 5 in Electrical, 3 in Instrumentation, 2 in Mechanical, 2 in Medical and Health Services (M&HS), and 1 in Finance. The Senior Manager roles include 5 in Mining, 2 in Mechanical, 1 in M&HS, 4 in Human Resources (HR), 2 in Finance, and 2 in M&C.
The online application process will commence on June 5 at 11 AM and will close on June 25. Eligible candidates interested in applying can submit their registration forms on HCL’s official portal once the link becomes active.
Applicants must possess a relevant degree in Engineering/Mining Engineering/Environmental Engineering/Technology/Mechanical Engineering/Mining Machinery/Civil Engineering/Arts/Commerce/Science/Business Studies (BBA/BCA) from a recognized institution or university. Additionally, candidates should have 3 to 9 years of experience in the relevant field, along with other specified eligibility criteria.
The minimum age for applicants is 18 years, with a maximum age limit of 40 years for Deputy Manager, 42 years for Manager, and 47 years for Senior Manager, calculated as of May 1. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on performance in personal interviews, document verification, and medical fitness. The monthly salary for selected candidates will range from ₹50,000 to ₹1,60,000 for Deputy Managers, ₹60,000 to ₹1,80,000 for Managers, and ₹70,000 to ₹2,00,000 for Senior Managers.
While filling out the application form, candidates must pay the prescribed application fee online, which is set at ₹500 for General, OBC, and EWS categories. Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/PWD candidates and internal applicants are exempt from the registration fee.
