Nagaur : Nagaur The investigation of Keshav alias Golu, accused of murder of betel nut killer Sandeep alias Shetty, was finally successful. In a day or two he will be sent to Ajmer high-security jail. Presently Keshav alias Golu is living in a separate cell in Nagaur jail. The marriage parade of Keshav alias Golu was being awaited for about a fortnight. Not only Nagaur Jail Deputy Superintendent Prithvi Singh Kaviya but even Kotwali CI Vedpal Shivran wanted this revelation to happen as soon as possible. Sanjay Panghal, a witness to the Sandeep alias Shetty murder case, cremated him in the presence of acting Tehsildar Narsingh.
Keshav alias Golu had actually come to murder Sandeep alias Shetty in September 2022. He also had to open fire, but due to panic at the last moment he could not do so and ran away from there. After lobbying exercise, he was brought here about eighteen days ago under the protection of UP Police. On the production warrant, Kotwali police station arrested him and interrogated him, who was later shifted to a separate cell of Nagaur jail. Sources say that Keshav alias Golu will be sent to Ajmer High Security Jail in a day or two. . Jailer Swaroop Singh said that in this regard, instructions have already been given by the DIG (Jail) that the accused of gang war or murder of Sandeep alias Shetty should not be kept here.
