Max Healthcare Institute gains on reporting 26% rise in Q3 consolidated net profit

Mumbai, February 10 (Udaipur Kiran): Max Healthcare Institute is currently trading at Rs. 1040.35, up by 14.05 points or 1.37% from its previous closing of Rs. 1026.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1023.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1045.00 and Rs. 1008.45 respectively. So far 114149 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1314.30 on 04-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 933.80 on 02-Feb-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1045.00 and Rs. 933.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 100861.07 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 23.72%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 71.76% and 4.52% respectively.

Max Healthcare Institute has reported 35.24% rise in its net profit at Rs 186.95 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 138.24 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 0.61% at Rs 794.24 crore for Q3FY26 as compared Rs 789.41 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 26.01% rise in its net profit at Rs 300.92 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 238.80 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 11.11% at Rs 2,112.90 crore for Q3FY26 as compared Rs 1,901.61 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
