Moradabad, 29 November (IANS). The Supreme Court on Friday issued important instructions in the case of violence over the survey of a mosque in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh. The Supreme Court has said that the lower court should not take any action in this matter. Along with this, the top court also made it clear that no action should be taken in this matter without the order of the High Court.
Welcoming this decision of the Supreme Court, former SP MP S.T. Hasan said, “This case seems suspicious because of the violence that took place in Sambhal and the decisions taken by the lower court. Within five hours, the petition was filed, the decision came, the commission was formed and the survey was also done. Why so soon? ?All this process was completed without listening to the Muslim side, which obviously raises suspicions that something is going wrong.’
He said, “Now the Supreme Court has ordered that the lower court should not take any action in this matter. The High Court has been instructed to hear the Muslim side within three days and then take a decision. Also, the Supreme Court has He also said that the report that has come should be kept in a sealed envelope and should not be made public. The Supreme Court also expressed regret that the work which should have been done by the government is being done by the Supreme Court today, and told this to the government. To maintain peace and order.”
The SP leader asked whose responsibility is this? The Supreme Court is monitoring this entire matter. The Supreme Court has given time till January 8 and on that day it will re-assess the status of the case. We express our gratitude to the Chief Justice and the Supreme Court that they have saved the peace, brotherhood and Ganga-Jamuni culture of the country. In today’s times when some people are trying to break the peace and tranquility in the society, the Supreme Court has intervened at the right time.
The former MP said, “As far as mosques and dargahs are concerned, none of their structures can be changed under the ‘Places of Worship Act’. No matter what the results of the survey are, these structures cannot be changed. People should not worry. “There is no need to panic. But when the survey is not going to be of any benefit, then why is the atmosphere being spoiled?”
He said, “I believe that this entire matter should be investigated, these so-called “robbers of peace” who are trying to spread violence in the country. We need to know in whose hands is their remote? Why do these people want to weaken India? There should be a CBI investigation into them and also the Sambhal violence case. If any side wins in this case? There will be no difference in the development of the country. If the survey finds that there was a temple here earlier, can it be demolished? While the law exists, the Supreme Court and the High Court are respected. ?This is just an attempt to destroy peace and brotherhood, nothing else.’
