Kota : Winter has started shining in Kota city. Due to this, the weather remained cool throughout the day on Tuesday. The night temperature dropped by 2 degrees and came below 15 degrees. The minimum temperature was recorded at 13.8 degrees Celsius, which was the coldest day of this season. Due to cold people had to wear thick clothes in the morning. The lukewarm morning sunlight also seemed pleasant. The feeling of mild cold continued even during the day. According to the Meteorological Department, the cold is predicted to intensify with fog in the coming days.
The morning started in cold weather. Visibility reached 3 thousand to 2 thousand. Its effect lasted till afternoon. It was also cloudy during the day. Due to this there was no scorching sunlight. It became very cold last night. The temperature dropped below 15 degrees for the first time. Due to which people leaving home at night and traveling in trains, buses and other vehicles had to wear woolen clothes. Mild cold was felt even during the day. After evening the weather became cooler again. The effect of winter was more severe in villages than in cities. The villages of Baran, Bundi and Jhalawar districts were affected by severe cold. Villagers were seen trying to escape the cold by lighting bonfires.
