Mumbai, February 10: Actress Taapsee Pannu’s upcoming film ‘Assi’ is set to hit theaters soon. Directed by Anubhav Sinha, this courtroom drama has generated significant buzz, especially with the release of its new song “Man Hawa” on Monday.
The song is both heartwarming and invigorating, effectively capturing the film’s fast-paced investigation and courtroom drama essence. It embodies the courage to raise difficult questions and the strength to fight for the truth.
“Man Hawa” features vocals by Mohit Chauhan, Parampra Tandon, and Rochak Kohli, who also composed the music. The lyrics emphasize choosing courage over fear, truth over silence, and determination over compromise. The song gradually brings peace to the heart while igniting inner strength, empowering listeners to stand up for themselves and their beliefs even in challenging situations.

After delivering notable films like ‘Thappad’ and ‘Mulk’, Anubhav Sinha returns with ‘Assi’, a courtroom drama. In ‘Assi’, Taapsee Pannu plays the lead role alongside a talented cast, including Kani Kusriti, Revathi, Manoj Pahwa, Kumud Mishra, Zeeshan Ayyub, Naseeruddin Shah, Supriya Pathak, and Seema Pahwa. The film is produced by T-Series and is scheduled for release on February 20.
