Nagaur : The police who reached Kuchaman in Didwana district on the information of a young man and a woman being held hostage were surrounded by an angry crowd and their way was blocked. Not only this, the crowd surrounded the car of SHO Suresh Chaudhary and behaved indecently with him. During this, they also raised slogans and created a ruckus while protesting against the police action. After this, the police called additional force and QRT from the police station and the young man and woman were brought to the police station.
Information was received about taking the young man and woman hostage
All these events took place on Sunday evening in the Raigar Mohalla of Kuchaman City. Police officer Suresh Kumar Chaudhary said that he had received information that a young man and a woman were being held hostage by some youths in the Shakambhari Mata Mandir area of the city. Based on this information, the police reached the Shakambhari Mata Mandir area, but no one was found there. However, the police received information from there that the young man and the woman were captured and taken to the Raigar Mohalla of the city. Police officer Chaudhary said that the police vehicle had gone out for some work, so he reached the Raigar Mohalla with some policemen in his personal vehicle, where he saw a scene similar to the Khap Panchayats of Haryana. Here people had surrounded the young man and the woman and were questioning them like the Panchs of the Khap Panchayat. Police officer Suresh Chaudhary, understanding the situation of the spot, decided to take the young man and the woman out of there and made both of them sit in his car.

Meanwhile, all the people present on the spot got angry and surrounded the police station in-charge and his car. The angry youths protested against the police station in-charge Suresh Chaudhary coming in a private car and taking the boy and girl and blocked the road. The crowd misbehaved with the police station in-charge and surrounded his car and started shouting slogans and creating a ruckus. After this, the police called the police force and QRT from the police station and the boy and girl were brought to the police station. The police have detained some people in the case and till late night, the search for the youths who misbehaved with the police was going on in the Regar colony and the surrounding area.
