Jaipur : The unemployed staged a sit-in protest at Shahid Smarak on Thursday against the government’s provision of 50 percent reservation for women in third class teacher recruitment. The unemployed gathered under the leadership of Rajasthan Yuva Shakti Integrated Mahasangh and Yuva Halla Bol and protested against the government. In view of the huge number, the police deployed a large number of police personnel to stop the protesters. Along with this, water guns were also ordered on the spot. On the other hand, the protesters started preparing to take out a foot march.

But when the police tried to stop them and started chasing the unemployed, the matter got heated. After this, the police used mild force on the unemployed. Due to this, the unemployed ran away from the protest site. During this, there was chaos on the road. Here, the police took five people into custody. They were released after five hours. State President of Rajasthan Yuva Shakti Integrated Federation, Manoj Meena said that if the government implements this bill in Rajasthan, a big movement will be organized. State President of Yuva Halla Bol, Ira Bose has said that the government should review this decision. If this does not happen, then a state level movement will be organized.
