UP Government Provides Jobs to 900,000 Youths in Nine Years: CM Yogi

Lucknow, March 29: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath distributed appointment letters to 665 nursing officers dedicated to service at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences on Sunday. Health Minister Brajesh Pathak was also present at the event.

CM Yogi congratulated the newly appointed nursing officers, who received their letters while fulfilling the dreams of their parents and guardians, and wished them and their families a bright future. He emphasized that when the recruitment process is transparent, the results are evident. Over the past nine years, the government has provided jobs to 900,000 youths, and no opposition can question the transparency and integrity of the selection process.

While addressing the gathering, the UP CM stated that talent, when recognized, receives a platform that benefits both the state and the country. Under the guidance of the Prime Minister, the double-engine government has worked with this sentiment. The government is committed to ‘zero tolerance’ not only towards crime and criminals but also towards corruption. From day one, the government has aimed for ‘zero corruption.’

He highlighted the government’s achievements, noting that a state that once struggled to pay salaries is now revenue surplus. Previously ranked among the lowest in per capita income, the state has now emerged as one of the top three economies in the country. Compared to 2016, they have tripled per capita income and economic growth.

CM Yogi pointed out that while countries like the USA and its neighbors face economic challenges, India continues to advance steadily on its development journey, thanks to the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
