Srinagar, May 2: The regular operation of the Vande Bharat Express, which has been extended from Srinagar to Jammu, commenced at the Jammu Tawi railway station on Saturday, accompanied by stringent security measures. A comprehensive security check was conducted to ensure passenger safety, with additional security personnel deployed throughout the station premises.

During this time, passengers traveling on the Vande Bharat Express shared their experiences with a news agency. One passenger noted that this train service significantly reduces travel time. With a fare of approximately 600 rupees, it is comparable to local transport, providing great relief to travelers.
