New Song Phir Se from Dhuraandhar: The Revenge Released

Mumbai, March 25: Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh’s film ‘Dhuraandhar: The Revenge’ has taken the box office by storm, crossing the ₹761 crore mark within just four days, including paid previews. While official figures for the remaining days have yet to be released, it is anticipated that the film will touch the ₹1000 crore milestone.

Amidst the film’s success, a new song titled ‘Phir Se’ has been launched. The song showcases Ranveer Singh’s journey from Jaskirat Singh Rangi to Hamza Ali. Initially, Jaskirat is seen happy with his father and family, while later scenes depict the actor navigating through life’s ups and downs alongside actress Yalina Jamali. The narrative is enhanced through select scenes from the film.

The song is sung by Arijit Singh, with lyrics penned by Irshad Kamil and music composed by Shashwat Sachdev. It reflects the emotions of Ranveer’s character, who yearns to relive life. Singh announced the release of the new song on social media, asking fans, “I started crying, did you too?”

Notably, several songs from the film have already been released, with ‘Jaan Se Guzarte Hain’ being the most popular, amassing over 7 million views. This track is not original but inspired by a qawwali written by Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, blending the original lyrics with modern music to create a classy rendition. Another song, ‘Aari-Aari,’ also inspired by Punjabi music, has received significant love on social media, contributing to the film’s impressive box office collection.
