Minister Scindia Addresses 782 Public Grievances in Shivpuri

Shivpuri, April 27: Union Minister for Communications and Development of the Northeastern Region, Jyotiraditya Scindia, addressed the concerns of 782 citizens during a public hearing in Shivpuri. The event was part of his three-day visit, where he also inaugurated various development projects.

On the final day of his visit, Scindia engaged in multiple programs focused on public service, youth empowerment, and educational development. He resolved several issues on the spot while also interacting with meritorious students and technical institute students to shape future directions. During this visit, he announced development projects worth approximately ₹200 crores.

At the public hearing held in the Kota area of Shivpuri, Scindia listened to the 782 applications, resolving many cases immediately and directing quick solutions for the remaining pending issues. He emphasized that each application is registered under a token system linked to online tracking, ensuring transparent and timely reviews of all cases. Special attention was given to matters related to Ayushman cards, BPL cards, certificates, the Ladli Behna scheme, and PM housing scheme registrations.

Scindia also interacted with students excelling in classes 10, 12, and UPSC at the Tourist Village, honoring their achievements. He engaged directly with around 200 students at the University Institute of Technology in Shivpuri, listening to their suggestions.

He assured that the institute would be developed into a “top-notch” college, taking into account the students’ feedback. Scindia also mentioned that the establishment of a ₹2500 crore defense unit in the future would create new opportunities for civil and mechanical engineering students, allowing them to gain experience in the industrial sector.
