Tamil Nadu Class 10 Board Results to be Announced Today

Chennai, May 20: The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE) in Tamil Nadu will announce the results of the Class 10 public examinations for the academic year 2025-26 today, bringing an end to the anxious wait for millions of students and parents across the state.

According to an official press release from the DGE, the results will be formally released at 9:30 AM by School Education Minister Raj Mohan at the Arignar Anna Centenary Library in Kotturpuram, Chennai.

Thousands of students who appeared for the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) examinations are expected to check their results immediately after the official announcement. These annual public examinations are considered a significant milestone in students’ academic journeys and often play a crucial role in determining their future educational paths.

Students will be able to view their results through various official online platforms, making the process easy and hassle-free. They will need to enter their registration number and date of birth in the designated fields on the websites.

Officials have advised students to keep their hall ticket details ready to avoid delays when accessing the results portal.

In addition to online facilities, students can also obtain their examination results directly from the schools they attended. School administrations are expected to facilitate access to the results for students and parents.

Furthermore, the government has arranged to send results via SMS services. School students will receive their results on the mobile numbers they submitted to their respective schools, while private candidates will receive notifications on the mobile numbers provided during the online application process.

Education department officials have stated that several options have been made available to reduce server congestion and ensure that students across the state can access their results quickly and easily.
