Rampur Tops IGRS Report for April

Lucknow, May 10: The Integrated Grievance Redressal System (IGRS) is playing a crucial role in fulfilling the dreams of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The IGRS is continuously monitoring public hearings, welfare schemes, and revenue activities, assisting districts in establishing better administrative standards.

In the April report of IGRS, Rampur secured the first position with 138 points, while Pilibhit came in second, and Shravasti and Amethi shared the third position. The IGRS releases monthly reports on the revenue activities, development works, and public grievance hearings of districts. A total of 109 programs across 49 departments are evaluated based on various criteria, leading to the ranking of districts.

According to the April report, Rampur achieved 138 points out of a total of 140, resulting in a ratio of 98.57 percent. District Magistrate Ajay Kumar Dwivedi stated that the IGRS report assesses the performance of districts that have made significant strides in administrative efficiency, development works, and revenue management. He emphasized that development works in Rampur are being completed in a timely and quality manner, in line with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath‘s vision.

Additionally, complaints received through IGRS are being resolved promptly and effectively. Notably, Rampur has maintained the top position for the past four months. District Magistrate of Pilibhit, Gyanendra Singh, mentioned that under the directives of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, complaints are being prioritized in public hearings, leading to a consistent improvement in the resolution rate of public grievances. Pilibhit has held the second position in the state for four consecutive months.

In the April report, Pilibhit scored 137 points out of 140, with a ratio of 97.86 percent. Similarly, Shravasti achieved 136 points, securing the third position with a ratio of 97.14 percent. District Magistrate Annapurna Garg noted that weekly meetings with officials are held to ensure the timely and quality completion of development projects.

Moreover, the resolution of public complaints is prioritized, and the IGRS report is released only after satisfactory feedback on the resolution of issues. Amethi also scored 136 points, sharing the third position. Meanwhile, Hathras, Bareilly, Hamirpur, Badaun, Barabanki, and Ballia made it to the top ten districts.
